Elmvale Fall Fair was well represented at the recent Convention for the Ontario Association of Agricultural Societies.(O.A.A.S.) Our Ambassador Camry Miller was one of over 60 Ambassadors that attended a program dedicated to building leadership skills and personal growth. Some of the Youth from our newly formed Junior Director Board were in attendance to participate in a presentation about the success of this program. All of these Youth were a credit to our Community.
There were 900+ delegates registered from over 200 Ontario Fairs. The Convention offered more than 45 different seminars to attend, on such topics as Homecraft, Social Media, Agricultural Mental Health Awareness, 4-H, insurance, livestock shows and many more. A trade show provided lots of entertainment options to book, suppliers and educational resources – one stop shopping!
Everyone comes back energized, full of new ideas for the 2023 Elmvale Fall Fair AND a great appreciation for what an outstanding Community that we are a part of.
