Parking
Do not park in accessible parking spots without a valid permit. Only vendor and accessible parking is permitted within the fairgrounds. No vehicle is permitted to move around the fairgrounds besides vehicles located within the parking lot or within the truck/tractor pull area (unless otherwise indicated)
Safety and Regulations
The entire fairgrounds is smoke-free, in compliance with provincial regulations.
Service dogs are welcome. All other dogs must be left at home.
Safety glasses and ear protection are recommended for some evening events.
In case of extreme weather, avoid tents, trees, and metal bleachers. Seek shelter in a fixed building or your vehicle.
If you see an incident requiring 911, go directly and quickly to the Main Office. This ensures emergency vehicles arrive at the correct gate, saving critical time.
On-Site Services
First Aid is available on the property for health issues.
All fair directors (in red jackets) are present to assist you. Don’t hesitate to ask for help.
Additional Tips
Bring cash for vendors who may not accept cards.
Wear comfortable shoes as you may be walking and standing for extended periods.
Stay hydrated: bring a refillable water bottle or purchase drinks on-site.
