55. SPECIAL: QUILT BLOCK CHALLENGE
in anticipation of the celebration of the 150th Birthday of Canada (2017)the Elmvale Fall Fair is planning to sponsor a Quilt Block Challenge and invite you to participate. Pick up and complete your quilt block packet at a location yet to be determined, and enter it in the 2016 Fall Fair( Thursday October 6, 2016) A FEE OF $5.00 will charged for each packet,which will be refunded upon entry into the fair. All blocks become the property of the Flos Agriculture Society and will be used to complete a quilt(s) for Canada’s 150th celebration. Prizes will be awarded at the fair for the best quilt block.
