EXHIBIGTING OF ARTICLES ON OUR FAIR IS INTENDED FOR INDIVIDUALS WHO ENGAGE IN THEIR CRAFT AS A PASTIME OR HOBBY, EXCEPT CLASS 31 , SECTION 23 (NEW)
IN ORDER TO KEEP A HIGH STANDRD AT OUR FAIR, JUDGES HAVE BEN AUTHORIZED TO DISQUALIFY ALL SOILED , DEFECTIVE, INCOMPLETE, OR WORN ENTRIES OR THOSE PREVIOUSLY EXHIBITED AT THE ELMVALE FALL FAIR. WE EXPECT HONESTY.
INCLUDE NAME OF QUILT PATTERN (METHOD) AND DESIGNER, IF KNOW. PLEASE ACKNOWLEGE DESIGNERS AND SOURCE OF PATTERNS( EG.PINTEREST,AND THIS INCLUDES KNITTED,CROCHETED AND COUNTED CROSS ITEMS, IF PURHCSED FROM A KIT EG MARY MAXIM). PLEASE RECOGNIZE THEIR EFFORTS. YOU ARE INVITED TO INCLUDE YOUR INSPIRTION (STORY BEHIND OR REASON) FOR MAKING THE QUILT.
SIGNATURE LABELS MUST BE COVERED. FABRIC AND /OR YARN SAMLES ARE TO BE INCLUDED WITH ALL ENTRIES. FAILURE TO ATTACH SUFFICIENT SAMPLES WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION. FABRIC CASINGS/SLEEVES(MAY BE TEMPORARY)MUST BE ATTACHED TO ALL QUILTS AND WALL HANGINGS SO THAT THEY MAY BE HUNG FOR DISPLAY
